MSN adCenter is Microsoft's response for creating and delivering advertising online. The adCenter has been in beta test for months now and is widely expected to be launched in the US probably in June.
Matt Rosoff, an analyst with Directions on Microsoft, said if he were to speculate, "I wouldn't be surprised if they announced a competitor to Google's adSense, or some other sort of ad revenue sharing deal with third parties--perhaps, for example, a sharing deal for commercial sites that tap into Windows Live Search or Virtual Earth.
The Liveside blog writes that much is the same way as Google's AdWords works, the ads on adCenter appears when a user performs search for a specific keyword, on MSN Search page. AdCenter also includes analysis tools so that ads can be fully optimized for ad campaigns by the Advertisers. Although, it may appear to be just like Google's product, there is much more in AdCenter.
