ColorPic is free tool for windows with has loads of features for Grabing color palettes from your favoruite websites, photos and icons.

When the cursor is moved across the screen, the color picker displays all types of information about the color where the cursor is on. It displays Hex and decimal values of the color and also displays the hue,saturation and RGB values of the color. The desired color is selected by clicking on that spot, the color will be stored in colorpic which you can later use it with Mixer to get a desired websafe color code.
