INTRODUCTION
Bhath is an all time favourite of South India. Please understand one thing that the rice grains after cooking should not be
very separate or they should not be sticky. The grains should be together but not sticky like pongal.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cook rice and cool slightly.
Heat oil in a sauce pan, add mustard seeds, after it splutters add
onion, turmeric and fry until golden brown.
Add tomatoes fry for 5 minutes.
Add boiled vegetables, baath powder, salt and mix well. Fry for 5-10
minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Add rice, lemon juice and mix well.
Garnish
with coriander leaves.
